Speicherverwaltung in Illustrator

Hallo,
ich würde gerne eine Illustrator Datei ins Photoshop Format exportieren. Die Datei muss eine hohe Auflösung haben (an die 600ppi). Allerdings sagt mit Illustrator beim Export-Vorgang, dass zu wenig speicher verfügbar sei. Der Taskmanager sagt mir, dass lediglich 50% der CPU und gerade einmal ein sechstel des Arbeitspeichers Ausgelastet ist. Wie kann ich die Speichernutzung in Illustrator verändern?

Wie komplex ist die Vektorgrafik denn? Ich hatte ein ähnliches Problem als ich die Angleichenfunktion genutzt hatte und somit sehr viele Linien hätte umwandeln müssen.

Illustrator CS3 and CS4 can leverage a maximum of 2GB of RAM. So loading a computer with 8GB of RAM won’t make Illustrator go any faster. Although keep in mind that RAM is shared, and so having more memory will allow you run more applications simultaneously, but even still, Illustrator itself won’t utilize anything above 2GB of RAM. To get the most performance out of your system, you’ll want to ensure that Illustrator can get its full 2GB, so if you regularly use other apps at the same time of Illustrator, you’ll want a minimum of 4GB of RAM on your system.

Also am besten die Datei aufsplitten und die einzelnen Ebenen nachträglich in Photoshop wieder zusammensetzen.

Hi, danke für die Antwort. An sich ist die Datei nicht groß. Allerdings gibt es 3 Angleichungen (die 3 farbstrahlen in meinem T-Shirt Projekt). Das Illsutrator nur 2 GB nutzt, ist natürlich ärgerlich. ICh werde sie wohl splitten müssen.
